Description

Mainly through telephone video contact and occasional visits, to maintain and develop sales volume and GP growth profitably with existing accounts and pro-actively develop and grow new accounts within the region for our plastics raw materials business. Working to clearly defined individual goals and objectives and mutually agreed budgets to ensure Company and Key Supply Partner targets are met. 


Primary Responsibilities: 

• Accountable for a number of existing accounts in a defined region. 

• Responsible for effective account management of these accounts through regular telephone video contact. 

• Negotiating price and sales conditions, including executing the sales orders and forecasting for the account portfolio (CSR-operational tasks). 

• Build and develop trust, confidence and solid business relationships by offering solutions and effective project management with relevant personnel at all levels. 

• Proactively follow up leads and responsible for achieving and exceeding agreed budget targets; additional number of added customers, Volume and Gross Margin. 

• Effective project & task management using reporting tool Salesforce.com and ensuring true records relevant to SFDC are kept updated daily/ weekly and as/when required. 

• Performs other duties as assigned. 




Requirements

Primary Requirements: 

• Italian native and Fluent English. Other European languages are a plus. 

• Minimum of 2-3 years of inside or external sales, customer service experience and plastics industry knowledge/familiarity are preferable. 

• Proven, relevant qualifications in the following areas: self-motivator, enthusiastic, time management skills and responsive and proficient Account Management & Development skills. 

• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills along with the ability to work independently. 

• Proficient computer skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are required. Experience with SAP required and/or Salesforce.com is a plus.
