The Services Coordinator Northern Europe plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination and resource management for our client spacialize in Inspection Services in the region, requiring strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a business-oriented approach.
Reporting to the Services and Sales Manager Northern Europe, this role involves coordinating resources, communication, and logistics to meet customer needs. Key responsibilities include:
· Acting as a liaison between sales, inspection teams, and on-site customer contacts to clarify service requirements.
· Coordinating company resources (personnel and equipment) and communicating their availability to sales and customers.
· Ensuring the right personnel are deployed to meet customer demands.
· Identifying, negotiating with, and selecting contractors for inspections and repair work.
· Managing travel arrangements for the inspection team.
· Overseeing adherence to budgets and effective operational cost management.
· Supporting the Finance department in billing processes.

Skills And Experience
