Freelance Recruiter (Commission-based)

We are an international recruitment agency specializing in identifying and selecting top talent across the globe. Our focus is on connecting businesses worldwide with highly skilled, multilingual professionals. We are seeking a freelance Recruiter 360 to join our team and assist us in meeting the recruitment needs of our global clients.

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit qualified candidates for various roles across different industries and geographic locations.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' suitability for open positions.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with candidates and clients.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, such as social media, online databases, and recruitment events, to find suitable talent.
• Collaborate closely with the internal team to understand clients' recruitment needs and provide effective solutions.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and negotiating offers.

Requirements:

• Based in Mallorca
• Previous experience as a recruiter, preferably in an international environment.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to conduct interviews and communicate with candidates and clients in English.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with individuals from different cultures and backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Results-oriented mindset and ability to work autonomously.
• Availability to work remotely and manage a flexible schedule.
